Q: Do I need an account to place an order? 
A: No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time. 



Q: I’ve forgotten my password - what should I do? 
A: On the Log In page, click on the “Forgot password” link and we will email you instructions to reset your password. 



Q: Which countries does your store ship to?
A: We mainly ship to Asia, North America, and Europe. Other countries are also available, however, the shipment price might be a bit high. 
We are growing rapidly and will have cheaper shipping methods soon. Please keep updated if you're really interested in what we are selling. 



Q: How long does delivery take and how is my order shipped?
A: Our shipping time is 7-16 business days. Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.



Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping for most countries, except for remote areas.



Q: Are Store products new or pre-owned?
A: We only sell new items.


Q: Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
A: Yes, it is possible.
